Although I have been searching for answers all my life it became my life's work after a major life event twenty years ago. I had a basic choice. I could become bitter and angry, or I could seek to find real answers. I chose the later.
One of the first things I found on my search was a quote from Arthur Koestler

The evidence from man's past record and from contemporary brain research both strongly suggest that at some point during the last explosive stages of the biological evolution of homo sapiens something went wrong; that there is a flaw, some potentially fatal engineering error built into our native equipment, more specifically, into the circuits of our nervous system ‑ which would account for the streak of paranoia running through our history. This is the hideous but plausible hypothesis which any serious inquiry into man's condition has to face.

(Arthur Koestler, 1978)

Throughout history humanity has self-destructed just at the point of reaching Divinity. Every time humanity seems to be about to take a step forward it slips back into the dirt it came from. This self-destructive streak is known as the Janus effect. Janus, the Roman god with two heads, each looking in the opposite direction to the other. The human race is Janus. We have one head looking at Divinity and one looking at the satanic. When we are about to touch Divinity our satanic head pulls us back into the dirt.
My research indicates that the problem is judgment. The problem is the type of judgment where we make a wild guess and then claim our wild guess to be true. From there it is all down hill because we act as if our wild guess is true when it is not. From that point our decisions have nothing to do with what is really happening and we are out of touch with reality.
My books are all about judgment in one way or another. How it works, why we foul up when we use it, and what we can do about it. There is a way out but first the nature of judgment, and its effects on our minds have to be understood. Hopefully my books will lead to that understanding.
And the meaning of life? It is what matters when all the judgment has gone, and it is different for each of us.
My early books where New Age in style. Later I found that I needed to use another style to reach people who did not like New Age. The material and the conclusions are the same, only written in a different paradigm. Both styles are presented here.
I also have many articles that I have written over the years for different publications and they available free from the articles page.
